Because our website has expanded faster than predicted, our left bar grew beyond control. As we add new planes, more space is needed for each category to expand down (PERL leftbar - dropdown menus). We need to leave space for these menus to expand, and so there will be empty space at the bottom of some pages until the menus are expanded.
